If you're here, something brought you here. Maybe my book. Maybe a conversation. Maybe a search at midnight when you couldn't sleep.
Whatever the door — I'm glad you walked through it.
This is the first letter. So let me tell you what this is, and what it isn't.
This newsletter isn't a marketing channel. It isn't a hustle pep talk. It isn't five-bullet motivational fluff written by someone trying to sell you something every week.
It's one short letter, every Sunday, on the work of coming back to yourself.
I've spent fifteen years at the intersection of mindset, identity, and grounded business strategy. I've watched founders break because their inner world couldn't hold the weight of their outer success. I've watched professionals burn out because they were running on someone else's definition of "winning." I've watched women in their thirties and forties wake up and realize they no longer know what they want.
The pattern is the same.
People don't break because they lack ability. They break because they lose clarity — about who they are, what they actually value, and where they're really trying to go.
This letter is about that.
Some weeks I'll write about identity. Some weeks about the body — because the mind without the body is theory. Some weeks I'll share something from my coaching room. Some weeks I'll just send you one question worth sitting with.
There's no agenda here other than this: I want you to find your True North.
And then live from it.
Thank you for trusting me with your inbox. I don't take it lightly.
— Anu
P.S. If there's someone in your life who'd benefit from this kind of letter, forward it on. The best part of this work is that it spreads quietly.
